Headsets - ages 9 and under should not use the headset for longer than 15 minutes at a time and only periodically throughout the day.

Students 10 and over have more flexibility but we don’t recommend that you use our product for your entire school day. Our products are meant to enhance and allow experiences otherwise unattainable due to safety, geography, or economics.

AR products are designed for ages 8 and up.

Parents/Teachers have various controls at their disposal when conducting classes.

3D Audio allows for conversations in small groups to happen without others disturbing.

Turning off 3D audio allows the teacher and the students to hear everything stated within the class.

Any time a child/young adult interacts with technology, they should be careful and remain alert to those that they are welcoming into their spaces, and to apps that may or may not be appropriate for them to download. 

VEDU.Solutons, VXR Direct and VXR Academy take pride in producing content for students that is of the highest quality. If a class or course has an age restriction, it will be very apparent.

We advise all parents to monitor their children’s accounts and set parental controls when available - passwords for uploading new apps, emails for communications, etc.

We recommend that parents should periodically go onto their child’s headset to verify apps and conversations are age appropriate and with people you know and are comfortable with.

Safety with and through technology are the parents’ and childs’ responsibilities.
