Headsets - ages 9 and under should not use the headset for longer than 15 minutes at a time and only periodically throughout the day.
Students 10 and over have more flexibility but we don’t recommend that you use our product for your entire school day. Our products are meant to enhance and allow experiences otherwise unattainable due to safety, geography, or economics.
AR products are designed for ages 8 and up.

We advise all parents to monitor their children’s accounts and set parental controls when available - passwords for uploading new apps, emails for communications, etc.
We recommend that parents should periodically go onto their child’s headset to verify apps and conversations are age appropriate and with people you know and are comfortable with.
